Abstract

Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) currently represent a social challenge, understood as a social innovation and a lege ferenda a social institution. It means that these methods, especially mediation, are already duly protected by law and enshrined as a human right in our constitutions, however, the challenge consists in generating a culture of their use by society in general, not in their sustainability. legal, which opens the doors to its instrumentalization, and is now a reality.
