MSC MÉTODOS DE SOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS adheres to the regulations of the World Intellectual Property Organization, which are implemented in Mexico through the Federal Copyright Law. Plagiarism is defined as the use of bibliographic material produced by third parties without directly acknowledging the authorship of others, thereby giving the impression that the text presented is one’s own, whether in part or in its entirety.

In the journal MSC MÉTODOS DE SOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS , the detection of plagiarism and self-plagiarism may jeopardize the publication of the submitted manuscript; for this purpose, the Ithenticate software is used, which facilitates the search for bibliographic matches.

If plagiarism is confirmed, the individuals involved are notified, and if the situation is not resolved, the manuscript will be rejected for publication in this journal.

Each case will be evaluated individually by the Editorial Board to determine the most appropriate course of action in each situation, in accordance with the journal’s code of ethics and best editorial practices.
