Abstract

This article goes back to the experiences prior to the adaptation of mediation practices with technological resources, which emerged with renewed force due to the impact of the restrictions on mobility that occurred during 2020 and 2021. The effects and responses of professionals are analyzed, using as a framework the remote familiy co-mediation device developed in 2010/2011. The goal is to account for both the possibilities and advantages, as well as the risks of working with technological tools through the SWOT analysis, to reflect, evaluate and enable the development of our professional task as facilitators of communication in family conflicts, thematic covered in this magazine.
